What RowSync does

RowSync imports indoor rowing workouts from an Augletics account into Apple Health.

• An Augletics account with workout history is required.
• Apple Health permission is required before workouts can be written.
• A network connection is required while signing in and fetching workouts.

Common issues

Health permissions are missing

Open the Settings app, then go to Privacy & Security > Health > RowSync and allow the requested categories.

Sign-in does not work

Check your Augletics email and password, verify your network connection, and try again.

A workout is unsupported

Some Augletics workout formats may not be recognized yet. RowSync can prepare a support package for unsupported workouts. Only share it if you consent to sending the raw workout data for debugging.
